Boiled potato without skin 1.7g

Mushrooms +- 2g
Quinoa 4.4g

Active B12 Vitamin sources:
- Fresh Seaweed (but not dry Seaweed)
- Chorella
- Nori ? (Some studies report it increase other it decrease B12 Blood levels)

Fake B12:
- Fake B12s block the functions of B12 causing even greater deficiency.
- Nori, Wakame, Kombu, Spirulina have fake B12

DHA
Most humans can't convert ALA (Plant-based Omega 3) in EPA and DHA. But Seaweed have EPA and DHA.
