I started a new fermented hot sauce using my Tabasco Peppers that I've been growing in my garden, along with some jalapenos and cayenne. I got into the cupboard that I normally store the hot sauce in and I noticed that I had three bottles left of from last year. I open two of them up and show you what I found. Are they okay to eat? 😶

As usual, I'm cutting up more wood to increase my supply so I can make it through the winter and not be cold!
