10 MIN ARMS Home Workout I Toning Dumbbell Workout
Looking to tone your arms and build strength? Join me for this 10-minute at-home workout designed specifically for your arms. With just 10 moves, each lasting 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest in between, you can get an arm workout in a short amount of time.
To follow along, you'll need two sets of dumbbells - a heavy set and a light set. For the heavy set, I'm using 4 kg (approximately 10 pounds) & for the light set I'm using 2 kg (approximately 5 pounds). Feel free to adjust the weights to your comfort level and fitness goals.
This workout can be done in the comfort of your own home. Prior to starting, remember to warm up your muscles to prevent injury and cool down afterwards to aid in recovery.
