This is an intense 20 minute cardio HIIT home workout. We will do 2 rounds of 10 exercises (40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest).

For effective weight loss and fat burning, combining cardio exercises, toning workouts, and a well-balanced diet is key. We have a diet video available on our channel in case you're interested.

This workout is NOT suitable for complete beginners.
