EASY Sugar Cookie Icing Recipe

1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)
Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
Whisk until smooth.
Add food coloring (if using) and whisk until combined.
Add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the icing reaches the desired consistency.
Use the icing to decorate your sugar cookies!
