Steel Club Workout - Clubbell Classic

In this weeks video of the week I have a full body steel club workout for you to try. 

It's called 'Club Classic' and incorporates 5 fundamental clubbell exercises that target the body’s major movement patterns.

This carefully crafted workout is designed to challenge your metabolic system while simultaneously building lean muscle mass and improving your cardiovascular fitness.

Perform 5 reps of each exercise. Once you have performed all 5 exercises, take a 50 second rest, then perform your 2nd set. Complete 5 sets in total.
