Steel Clubbell Swipe to Reverse Lunge

This exercise is called the steel clubbell swipe to lunge. The swipe movement is particularly effective for engaging the posterior chain as is the reverse lunge. The arm cast targets the upper body - working the lats, shoulders, arms and chest. This movement encompasses various movement patterns, including the hinge, the lunge, along with an upper body pulling motion. Overall, it's an excellent full-body exercise.
