"Crisp Delights: A Refreshing Frisée, Fennel, and Pear Salad to Tantalize Your Taste Buds!"

This is a great side salad to have during this transition from summer to fall and perfect for using up those sticky, sweet and spicy pecans I posted earlier. Crunchy and crisp fennel with Bosc pear (so underrated, right?!) and frisée are just perfect together. Add on top of that some crumbled blue cheese and you’ve got a flavourful fall salad.
