CHIEF HANDED OVER TO S. SUDAN INEXCHANGE FOR 13 UGANDANS

Police have confirmed the safe return of 13 Ugandans who were abducted by South Sudan forces following the arrest of a South Sudan chief in Uganda. An exchange of detainees has taken place, with the South Sudan chief being handed over in exchange for the release of the 13 Ugandans. Fred Enanga, the Police Spokesperson, made this announcement during a press conference in Kampala.
