We Designed & 3D Printed A HUGE GAME BOY GAME STAND!

One of the things I have really come to enjoy about 3D printing has been creating storage solutions for different video games and gaming systems. When I first got my 3D printer, I didn't have a ton of Game Boy, Game Boy Color, or Gameboy Advance games. That's changed in the years since and I now have a pretty decent collection. With that, I designed and printed eight, 16, and 32 game holders. I've also offered, but never printed, an 80-game holder which someone just ordered from my website. Let's take a look.

I originally designed this print for @megadan29 who asked me over a year ago if I could create something this large. I told him I could, and showed him the design, yet the turkey still has not ordered one from me. What's going on Dan? Anyways, the 80-count holder is simply an extrapolation of my eight-count holder, modified and tweaked to add each additional row. What I like about my design, besides the fact that it's mine, is the fact that you can see the labels somewhat behind each cartridge without having to entirely remove each game from the rack. It also has the Game Boy logo on the face of it.

This print took almost 18 hours to complete on my Bambu Labs P1S. One cool thing is that the printer actually does time-lapse videos as it prints, so I will eventually post that video here on YouTube for everyone to see. It's truly amazing to see something come out of nothing.

How do you store your loose Game Boy, Gameboy Color, and Game Boy Advance games? Would something like this suit your needs? Let me know in the comments below.
