Research shows that the way you start your day has huge impact on how much energy you feel throughout the day -- so investing a few minutes to create a morning routine that boosts your emotional fitness is really important.

In this video, I share the 3 steps of the best morning routine I've found -- and I've tried many. I do these every morning and I hope you will be inspired to add them to your morning routine (they only take a few minutes!)

Step 1: A few minutes of stillness and silence to check in with yourself and how you feel

Step 2: Gratitude practice - write down 3-5 things you're grateful for and be specific

Step 3: Practice self-compassion by saying something supportive to yourself

Help yourself stress less and start the day in a centered, calm, and energetic way with this simple but mighty morning routine!!
