It's natural to feel negative feelings, especially when you're stressed or going through a challenging time. But you can help yourself struggle less with a simple practice I call Difficult Feeling Interview.

Here's how to do it: When you feel a negative emotion or find yourself overwhelmed with stress, pause, take a deep breath, and then conduct a mini-interview with your feelings. Approaching your negative feelings through this lens of learning instead of judging yourself or going down a negativity spiral helps you to gain perspective, struggle less, and get through them faster.
