Speaking your client's language is extremely important. So that you will be able to relate to them more and they'll be able to relate to feel more comfortable.

Justin was quite literally a Godsend!! I live in Clovis, CA and was purchasing a new home. I started with a different lender (who in the last minute made it apparent that the rate was not locked!). In my panic I started reaching out to other lenders. I got a better rate by my current mortgage holder. However, Justin got wind that I was possibly in need of a lender. He went all out send a video explaining my options and quotes, WITH the 3 quotes in pdf form as well AND included comparable homes report to my home! All this before I had even talked to him. I called him that morning Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend, by Tuesday morning he had me at underwriting. I’m a military vet and currently on active duty but because I was actively going through a divorce my previous said I would need my current “husbands financials” which I absolutely did not want to do. When Justin found out I was able to qualify for a VA loan he asked why I was willingly losing so much money by going conventional I told him what I was told and he said “no, all we need is his credit report to ensure you don’t get stuck liable for a Maserati” lol I explained that we weren’t on good terms and not talking (hence the divorce). HE OFFERED TO TALK TO HIM AND EXPLAIN IT!!!!!! My soon to be ex did everything Justin asked and I saved tens of thousands of dollars (if not more) not only that, with a previous bankruptcy on my credit he STILL managed to get me a 4.325 interest rate with ZERO down! I’m saving the best for last, he closed my loan from start to finish in 15 DAYS!!!!! He’s a human calculator y’all. Thank you Justin, you got me house buying fever now!!!!!

Welpppp folks this guy literally outdid every other lender I have ever worked with. Ever !!!!! Story time!
My client was going to back out of a deal we had been in contract for over a month due to a lender hiccup from another lender. In the midst of us planning to back out, another realtor referred Justin to us. We happened to watch his video ( even though we were done and didn’t plan on it) glad she did! He instantly he spoke my clients language, she has no hesitation in running her paperwork credit and whatever maybe 3 seconds into the video.

He picked up and started from square 1 smack dab in the middle of a deal, that had practically crumbled between our fingers.

Not only did he provide the most creative solutions to the problem, he was freaking ready to close in less than a week. I have had many deals almost fall through due to lender issues. Don’t ask don’t tell policy , or misinformation most times. So I have trust issues when it comes to lenders.

But… We did not run into any hiccups at all with him and i was floored when he was ready for closing in a week. Literal week!!! We just signed and I’m not going to lie it was so smooth I’m still waiting for something to be wrong. Like way to smooth. Not saying everyone’s will be this way, but I’ll tell you this, he worked super hard!

So not only do I recommend him , he is now my preferred lender!!
