Do most Missouri lawmakers even know the state constitution?

Tom Martz is my guest. He belongs to an organization called the Locke and Smithe Foundation. They take a look at Missouri bills and see how they measure up to the state constitution. As you can probably guess, the majority of them do not adhere to what our constitution dictates. Tom is truly an asset in the liberty movement here in Missouri and I'm happy to have met him.
