Do most Missouri lawmakers even know the state Constitution?

I'm joined by Tom Martz from the Locke and Smith Foundation to talk constitutionality of state laws. Tom is an expert on Missouri's constitution as well as a few other states. His foundation takes a look at bills to see if they follow the constitution. He's definitely an asset in the liberty movement here in Missouri.
