STRENGTH = ⬆️⚡️🧠➡️💪🏾 Increasing the neuromuscular connection and response (the Mind-Muscle Connection); especially at the initial Strength & Conditioning Program Training.

POWER =🏋🏾 x 🏃🏽 (Mass x Acceleration). How fast an individual can move something considering the size and speed of that individual.

HYPERTROPHY = ⬆️ 💪🏾 Looks at increased Muscle Mass in the individual; especially training the fast twitch muscles, time under tension training, super sets, frequency, intensity, time, type, volume and progression.

MUSCLE ENDURANCE = Think of a boxer training 💪🏾➡️🥊 or a long-distance runner 🏃🏽💦
How long an individual can repeat a rhythmic motion in a particular muscle group at a sub-maximal but not maximal level.

In summary: All types of exercise, whether sports or training, will produce specific physical adaptations like the ones mentioned above. Which adaptations develop, and to what extent, will depend on several factors that most trainers deeply understand. This is the benefit of having a personalized training program.
