HOIMA LC 5 BI-ELECTIONS CAMPAIGNS: HEAVY SECURITY DEPLOYMENT OF AS NUP PRESIDENT ENTERS HOIMA CITY

Business has come to a standstill in Hoima City and in Kigorobya Town Council Hoima District as national unity platform (NUP) supporters welcomed party President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu.
Ssentamu and other opposition MPs are in the District campaigning for the Hoima District LC5 NUP Flag bearer Moses Aguuda.
Kyagulanyi arrived in Hoima at 4pm amidst heavy deployment from security comprised of police and military.
Both security and NUP endured the downpour as they walk from Hoima city going Hoima district for campaigns.
He held a rally at Kigorobya Primary School.
