SOUTH SUDANESE STUDENTS EXEMPTED FROM PAYING THE $100 DOLLARS

South Sudanese students at higher institution of learning in Uganda have finally been given a free pass waiver by the government of Uganda.
The South Sudan Ambassador to Uganda Juach Deng says the annual pass exemption follows several engagements between the two governments in honor of the East African Community protocol
The exemption takes effect in September 2023.
