New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) has decided that the Constitution can be suspended if she simply feels like doing so.

In order to combat "gun violence" in her state, gov. Grisham decided that no one in New Mexico can open or conceal carry a firearm for 30 days.

Of course, this is a clear and flagrant violation of the US Constitution. Even leftists have said so. But she would have had to know that. So, why do it? Is this just a test balloon to see how Americans would react?
