Julian Assange Awards 2023

During the conference "Bevrijding van Bedrog" (Liberation from deception) in the Netherlands, the Dutch association of independent journalists (VVJ) presented
the newly established Julian Assange Awards.

The very first Julian Assange Awards 2023 have been awarded to two journalistic organizations in the Netherlands and one international organization.

The winner for the 'resistance media' is:
