WEC Votes to Approve Guidelines for Challenging a Declaration of Candidacy

Madison WI: On September 7, 2023 the Wisconsin Elections Commission voted 5-1 to move forward with a proposal that would formalize guidelines for challenging a declaration of candidacy.
