The Russia-China forum for high-tech and business ties has welcomed delegations from about two dozen countries. Hosted in the central Russian city of Kazan, it also highlighted the pressing issue of climate change. At the event we talked with a South African official who said a collective approach to finding solutions is of the utmost importance.
