Ingredients for cake
. 2 cups of 1.1 gluten free flour
. 3/4 cups of cocao powder
. 2 cup fine sugar
. 2 tsp baking powder
. 2 tsp baking soda
. 1 tsp kosher salt
. 1/2 cup vegetables oil
. 1 tsp espresso powder
. 1 cup fresh brewed coffee
. 2 eggs
. 2 tsp vanilla extract
. 5 oz unsweeted Greek yogurt , I used used a dairy free
Preheat the oven 350 degrees and spray two 8" round cake pans with nonstick baking spray.
In a mixing bowl add the eggs and sugar and beat on high for 3 minutes.
Add the vanilla ,yogurt ,oil ,espresso powder
Mix well, add the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated . Mix in the coffee .
Divide the ba tter into the two pans, bake for t 35 to 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean . Allow to cool completely . Decorate with chocolate frosting.

Ingredients for frosting.
. 1 1/2 cups of butter ,I used dairy free, room temperature
. 5 cups of powder sugar
. 1 tsp vanilla extract
. 1/2 cup milk
. 1 tsp espresso powder
. 1 cup unsweeted cocao powder

In a mixing bowl add the butter mix well , then add powder sugar and mix
Then add vanilla , milk, espresso powder ,and cocoa powder
