3 For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance[a]: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures

The gospel of Jesus Christ in a Nutshell contains three simple and historical facts:
(1) That Christ Died for our sins
(2) He was buried
(3) He rose again on the third day

There is a lot of gospel preaching today which never actually contains the Gospel.
