The acerola cake recipe is simple to make and takes just an hour to prepare. On top, a chocolate syrup made with chocolate milk, margarine and milk, makes the recipe even more perfect. In the dough, six ingredients beaten in the mixer make the perfect combination that make the acerola cake fluffy and soft, perfect for that afternoon coffee, or even in the morning.

240 milliliters of milk
90 grams of chocolate powder
50 grams of margarine

400 grams of wheat flour

Gradually add the wheat flour, the acerola juice and beat until it reaches the consistency of dough.

Turn off the mixer, add the chemical baking powder and hit again for another 1 or 2 minutes.

Pour the dough into a greased shape with margarine.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven, unmold and pour the chocolate syrup over it.

Na batedeira, coloque o açúcar e a margarina e comece a bater em velocidade média.

Quando a consistência começar a ficar parecida com a de uma farofa, adicione os ovos.

Coloque aos poucos a farinha de trigo, o suco de acerola e bata até ficar na consistência de massa.

Desligue a batedeira, adicione o fermento quÃmico em pó e volte a bater por mais 1 ou 2 minutos.

Despeje a massa em uma forma untada com margarina.

Leve ao forno a 180 graus Célsius por 45 minutos.

Tire o bolo do forno, desenforme e derrame a calda de chocolate sobre ele.
