If you are looking for a gentle exercise to help your back pain, swimming is an excellent option....just make sure you introduce it at the right time.

It helps to take the pressure off your spine, allowing you to move freely without discomfort, which is great.

However, there are simple challenges that you may not consider until you are there about to head off into the pool. Such as, getting changed in small cubicle, walking on slippery surfaces, getting in and out of a tight fitting swimming costume :/ all of these variables could potentially cause a flare up.
