Glasgow taxi driver on ‘Low Emissions Zone’: “I can tell you I will not be in a position to afford a (new) £70k cab and could very possibly leave taxi trade.
"You lose cabs, you lose pubs and you lose restaurants and the economy is on the slide... and we’re in a bad enough position (already)”
