Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, heads back to Illinois to discuss the recent signing of HB 218, Illinois' new gun control legislation which will mandate how manufacturers and retailers market their products not only in the State of Illinois, but nationwide. More troubling, is that this law not only violates clearly established Federal Law, but also the First Amendment making this truly one of the most evil pieces of gun control legislation we have seen in a long time.
