"Its Getting Bad Here .. Should I move?"

I have made the case before for moving out of population centers .. or at least relocating to a place where one can make use of the local resources to survive .. but what about moving to another State, or another Country? Tonight, Jason makes the case for NOT moving .. and what one should do, instead.
