Torrential rains and floods hit Slovenia (again)

Slovenia is being pounded by rain storms, just few weeks after flash floods killed several people in the Alpine country.

This time the city of Koper was the worst-hit, with its main square and historical downtown area flooded in a matter of minutes, according to local media.
