Dirt in the Ground - with Rose (Tom Waits)

Rose, Charlese & Bernard tackle the Tom Waits legendary classic. Two instruments & vocals only in this one. Double bass (plucked and bowed) & 4 string banjo. I had initially recorded multiple instruments for this (Guitar, Piano & Percussion) but as I mixed in Rose's vocal the sound became more powerful with the more instruments I removed. I guess the old saying "less is more" is true?
