Today’s culture preaches distorted doctrines that lead many astray. Discernment has been cast to the seas and erroneous teachings have infiltrated the minds. We no longer seek truth from the Word of God. Rather, we base truth merely upon what man says. “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?” (Jeremiah 17:9). There is only one Authority, and it is God Almighty Himself. I would rather base my entire life upon the God of the Universe than believe in the ever-changing mind of man. Just compare what was unacceptable one hundred years ago but is now acceptable.
