Deadlift Variation: Easy Version

Normal Deadlift would normally require you to use an olympic/straight bar. But sometimes, even the straight bar is heavy, especially if your lower back, glutes, and/or hamstrings are sore and/or weak. This variation can be your warm-up before doing your normal deadlift, but it can also be your own deadlift until you're strong enough to do the normal version with the olympic/straight bar
