India Is The Home Of The World’s Tallest 8-Year-Old: BORN DIFFERENT

A giant schoolboy is towering over his classmates and teachers – measuring a whopping 6 feet 6 inches at the age of EIGHT. Karan Singh, from Meerut in India, believes he is the world’s tallest eight-year-old and comes from a towering family - his dad Sanjay is also 6 feet 6 inches and mum Shweatlana is an incredible 7 feet 2 inches. Karan has been a record breaker since birth, entering the Guinness Book of Records as both the heaviest and tallest baby at birth. He has also been recorded as the world’s tallest 5-year-old so his dad wants him to be recognized again.Show more

His mom is actually India’s tallest woman. She plays for India’s national basketball team and has represented her country in numerous sporting events.

Despite being unusually tall for his age, Karan’s regular endocrinological tests show that he is actually very normal. He’s just lucky to be born in a family with some very “tall” genes! Dad Sanjay said: “We take Karan to an endocrinologist regularly. For both Shweatlana and Karan it might be an excess of the growth hormone. Till now, the tests have not shown any problems and everything is normal. Karan has a good stamina and has no internal problems.”

Karan has no problems with his friends about his height and he actually wants to become even taller! Such tall ambitions.
