Depression: A Sign Or Call From Our Soul?

In my early twenties I've moved through a burn out that eventually led me into depression. And in that time in my life I didn't understand why I was feeling that way and tried to "fix" myself and the way I was feeling. The harder I tried, the deeper in depression I went and the unhappier I felt.
Through coming out on the other side of that experience (which took me multiple years), I've learned a big lesson that might be helpful if you're struggling and going through the same thing. My heart is with you and if you're going through this, please look for someone (professional) who can help you, who can listen to you and who can guide you! You're not alone!
