In October of 2022, I decided to take an ordinary Ice Barrel and convert it to the most comfortable DIY Continuous Cold Plunge found on the internet. The Chiller, tubing, pump and filters were all purchased on Amazon a year ago and I was using a galvanized tub at first. It was very simple to put together (even without any real DIY skill). Then I fell in love with Ice Barrel.
