Did you know there is a good time and a bad time to cold plunge or take an ice bath?
(Personally I don't think there's really a bad time, but there is better times to do it.)
In this video I am going to go over the best and worst times to take an ice bath or cold plunge and based on my personal experiences. I have been experimenting with cold plunging before working out, as well as after. I also want to explain how I cold plunge before bed to get a great nights sleep.
