A Huge Ruling That Benefits All of Us

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a rare win out of Massachusetts in the matter of Commonwealth v. Donnell, which was a challenge to a law which made Mr. Donnell a criminal the moment he traveled into Massachusetts, from his home state of New Hampshire while carrying a firearm. Although Mr. Donnell was 100% legal in all ways in his home state, the moment he entered into Massachusetts armed, he violated the law as he had not yet obtained the State's permission to do so.
