New space race between U.S., Russia and China aims for the moon

The head of Russia’s space agency says the moon could be the launching pad to explore distant planets, including Mars. NASA Chief Bill Nelson says ice on the moon is why the U.S. plans to land Artemis astronauts since it may be used as rocket fuel.
