Home Bodyweight workout. Full body, single leg box jump, hamstrings planche push ups front lever

This is a full body home bodyweight workout that I have been doing with an emphasis on explosive plyometric work for my legs to help with sprinting. I also have a great little hamstring exercise I like to do. But first thinks first I start with single leg box jumps, then move on to standing long jumps. After this I do my last leg exercise which is for my hamstrings.
Time for the upper body pseudo planche push ups. Following this 3 sets of regular push ups. Then on to the pull up bar for single leg front levers 4 sets of 4 and last but not least 3 sets of 6 pull ups.
