What time of day do you workout? Now the best time of day to train is when you can regularly and consistently workout. Typically it is the same time of the day every week. So based on your schedule you pick that window of time.
Now here is where we are going to mix things up a bit. What if you could schedule your whole life around training? Then would the best time change? So we are going to take a look at our circadian rhythms and how it affects our hormone production and nervous system activity as these fluctuate throughout the day. Peaking at certain times and dropping to a low point at others.
