130 Kgs Paused Bench Press FAIL.

My energy and strength completely crashed after my Squat 1RM Tests that I did right before this, during my warming up for bench. I atleast scored 125 Kgs Paused as a PR, but 130 Kgs was the Grand-Daddy goal. I really shouldn't have went for it here, given what my state was. I should have just called it at 125 Kgs, or at the very least done 127.5 Kgs instead, as that still could have been possible. However, 127.5 Kgs just didn't motivate me; and my ammonia had me all hopped up, so I got in a frenzy, and went for it, against my better judgement, lol. On a day where I was feeling much better, I think I am capable of more. We'll get there, one way or another 🤘🏻.
