    I’m not an attorney, nor am I a Real Estate Broker or Realtor, the land is Zoned for Commercial property for Businesses. They want to build Hotels or 15 minute Smart Cities, they need to change the Zone to Residential. This has to go through the Mayor and Board of Supervisors, to vote on. Is the Board of Supervisors also Corrupt?
