Word 1
Study Of Paul's Epistle To The Romans - The Fundamentals Of Christian Education & Church Principles. | Rom. 2:5-11
• Rom. 2:5 If you put a water balloon on a kitchen faucet and turned on the water, the balloon would get bigger and bigger—even though initially it might look like very little was happening. Some people do the same thing with life. They say, "I know I'm pouring sin into my life, but everything's getting bigger and brighter." Then there's a big Boom! And everything explodes. So it is with every one that piles up sin continuously without repentance.

Word 2
Study Of Paul's Epistle To The Romans - The Fundamentals Of Christian Education & Church Principles. | Rom. 2:5-11
• Rom. 2:6 When unsaved men appear before the final judgment bar of God, the Great White Throne Judgment, salvation will not be the issue there. This is a judgment to determine the degree of punishment. Thus, God will mete out punishment in relation to the evil deeds of the individual. By the same token, at the judgment seat of Christ, where only believers appear, God will reward us according to our deeds.

Word 3
Study Of Paul's Epistle To The Romans - The Fundamentals Of Christian Education & Church Principles. | Rom. 2:5-11
• Rom. 2:7-11 In his kindness, God holds back his judgment, giving people time to turn from their sin. It is easy to mistake God's patience for approval of the wrong way we are living. Self-evaluation is difficult, and it is even more difficult to bring ourselves to God and let him tell us where we need to change. But as Christians we must ask God to point out our sins, so that he can heal them. Unfortunately, we are more likely to be amazed at God's patience with others than humbled at his patience with us. God will manifest his indignation, and inflict wrath - punishment, on all who are contentious - who obstinately dispute the truth, and obey unrighteousness - who act under the influence of the principle of sin, and not under the influence of the Spirit of God. Misery of all descriptions, without the possibility of escape, will this righteous Judge inflict upon every impenitent sinner, to the Jews first and then to the Greek. Everyman that works good - that lives in a conscientious obedience to the known will of God, whether he is a ew or Gentile, shall have glory, honor, and peace; i.e. eternal blessedness. All these would be handled fairly and firmly by God, the impartial judge.
