Debrief is here to let you know what WE have been up to the past weeks, as well as share what others are doing to help the cause.
This week’s We Got Your 6@6 allowed us to share the amazing mission and passion of Mr. Bob Waldrep. Bob has many things going on, and he touched on quite a few during our conversation. His book, Hope for the Warrior Family, and Warrior Hope, focus on understanding and supporting all those surrounding the PTS that comes home with soldiers, and really event first responders. Bob shared the trailer for his upcoming movie, Trauma Comes Home, the Battle of the Warrior Family.
Last night’s music was brought to us by CW Wooten of CW & Twenty Hands High. He is a busy man being nominated in 3 different categories at the Josie Awards: Artist of The Year - Country-Male, Vocalist of the Year-Country-Male, and Music Video of the Year -Duo/Group for the song Same Ole Star. His first song was Same Ol Star where he talks about 2 people looking up at the sky who might be wishing on the same old star. His second song was Back To Wichita. It’s about a friend that went through a rough patch and went back home to reset and get his mind right. His last song of the night was called Hillbilly Heart. He says there are three things that most country songs are written about: love found, love lost and having a good time. This particular song was about a Hillbilly with a broken heart. Check out CW and Twenty Hands High wherever you listen to your music at.
