This is arm and shoulder workout at home using only a pair of dumbbells! We will perform all exercises on the floor. We will hit shoulders, the biceps and triceps lifting and lowering with control to really tighten the arms, help build shape to upper body and increase strength.💪 I am using 2 x 3kg for your reference! If you are a beginner, take dumbbells with less weight. Workout Plan: ✅ 10 Excercises ✅ 45 sec. WORK ✅ 15 sec.
