From Kat Kroll: I love these hand mudras. They are energizing, calming, and fun. Wonderful for dexterity and arthritis prevention. I learned them from Baba Hari Dass, a silent monk who communicated with a chalk board on a slate. He is the founder of the Hanuman Yoga Center on Mt. Madonna. I teach Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Hand Mudras on Zoom and in Golden Gate Park.
My orientation is finding our own individual rhythms, and a heartfelt connection to nature and each other. For information about my classes please contact me: katkroll00@gmail.com or for more of my teachings, comics and philosophy check out my website at http://www.taichikat.com

The mudras are presented in two sections, the before you meditate mudras and the after you meditate mudras. Both sequences are shown three times to improve absorption. Here are a few helpful time stamps.
