RECIPE:
Pistachio and Basil Pesto recipe :
1/2cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Avocado oil
2 cups Basil
1 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Aragula
1 cup Pistachio (salted)
Pinch of pink salt
Parmesan (small piece)
2 tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic

Mix spinach, arugula, vinegar, garlic, and salt in a food processor.
Next, add basil, parmesan, and pistachios.
Gradually and quickly add the oil.
Add a few spoons of cold water to emulsify once all the ingredients are combined.
The pesto can be stored easily in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
