EASY 157.5 Kgs x 3 High Bar Squat. NEW PR!

Felt pretty tired on the last day of my program, but I was determined to net myself a PR, regardless. Low end goal was 155 Kgs, with the high end being 160 Kgs; as 150 for 3 last week with no knee sleeves was super easy. I decided to see how 145 Kgs felt, and then decide from there. Lo and behold, it felt like the empty bar, so I figured 155 Kgs would be too easy. I was very tempted to do 160 Kgs, but I decided to go a step in between and do 157.5 Kgs, as 10 Kgs is indeed a big jump in one week, and I didn't want to risk going over the RPE range. However, This set also ended up feeling pretty easy, lol. I think I could have pretty safely done 160 Kgs x3 after all, and still remainedin the RPE 8 zone. Oh well, it's better to be safe than sorry, and potentially overtax myself. Besides, this is still a whopping 7.5 Kgs increase from last week, so I can't complain! I'm going out of this program on a pretty high note 🤘🏻
