Birthday kettlebell swings!

It’s true, I’m almost 40!

To celebrate I’ve started the Simple and Sinister kettlebell program so I’m doing 100 kettlebell swings most mornings, in sets of ten.

Sadly a persistent elbow tendon pain makes it impossible for me to do the Turkish Get Ups :(

Since I hit my mid thirties tendon strains have started to take a very very long time to heal😤

I want to get stem cells and the peptide bpc-157.
Anybody got the hook up on either of those?😆
